What do you build?
We’ll take you through the right door.
You don’t get paid for the work. You get paid for the proof.
CONQA is construction quality assurance software built on proof: the record that proves the work was done right, so you get paid, protect your name, and win the next job.
Who runs on CONQA
The record that gets you paid is sitting on someone’s phone.
The crews know how to do their job and the work is sound. The record is another story: a photo on someone’s phone, a WhatsApp thread, an ITP scanned and emailed, a spreadsheet one wrong click from lost. When a claim needs evidence and the evidence needs finding, money you’ve already earned sits held.
CONQA closes the gap. The record builds itself as you work, tied to the exact lot you completed or the exact unit you made, and it’s there the day someone asks.
The record builds itself as the work happens. Nothing is reconstructed from memory at close-out.

On-time payments, once the QA record started going out with every claim.
Bad debt down 30–40%.

Neater paperwork doesn’t get a claim released. A record nobody can dispute does.
Who CONQA is built for
How much of your last progress claim got held?
In civil, the hold point gates the claim, so the record is what releases the money. Evidence is captured against the ITP line item, tied to the lot, and claim-ready at month-end.
See how it works →The panel gets questioned in year eight. The record answers.
Your name is in that structure for decades. Every element carries a permanent record, independent of any system it was made in.
See how it works →It leaves your floor. The proof leaves with it.
Windows and doors, switchboards, structural steel. Once it’s in someone else’s build, “that’s not how it left us” only holds if you can prove it.

Common questions
What is CONQA?
CONQA is construction quality assurance software built on proof. It captures evidence at the point of work, ties it to the specific lot or unit, and assembles it into a permanent record that proves the work was done right, so the money you’ve already earned gets released.
Who is CONQA for?
CONQA is for civil and infrastructure contractors whose progress claims are gated on QA evidence, and for manufacturers (precast, windows and doors, switchboards, and structural steel) whose products go into someone else’s build.
How is CONQA different from a quality management platform?
CONQA’s record is created at the moment of work, tied to the specific lot or unit, and built to release payment claims and stand up in disputes. That’s a different job from a general quality management platform, which mostly stores and formats documents after the fact.
Does CONQA replace my ERP or production systems?
No. CONQA is the independent QA record. It runs alongside your ERP, scheduling system and spreadsheets rather than replacing them. That independence is the point: the record is permanent and yours to keep, exportable in full, whatever else changes in your stack.
Why does a QA record affect getting paid?
On QA-gated contracts – most civil infrastructure work and much of the manufacturing supply – payment claims are released against evidence the work was done right. When that evidence can’t be produced fast enough, money already earned is held. A record that keeps pace with the work is what releases it.
